Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for a Bea you are glad to have. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, so refunds go back through Polar to the card you paid with.

Project Pass

Changed your mind? You get a full refund of a Project Pass if you ask within 14 days of buying it — no reason needed. After 14 days a pass is not refundable, because it covers your job until it is finished.

Top-ups

A top-up you have not used any of can be refunded within 14 days of buying it. Once Bea has used part of a top-up, it is not refundable.

Quote check

The quote check is free, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Write to hello@calmremodel.com from the email on your account, or use the receipt Polar sent you. A refund usually reaches your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a refund is made

A refunded pass ends the paid features for that project: the crew links stop showing new dates and Bea's monthly allowance ends. The quotes and files you added stay in your account.
